We offer Two delivery services within Mainland UK; Standard and Next working day (First Class Royal Mail) delivery. Most orders over £100 requesting Standard delivery will be delivered free within Mainland UK.
 
Standard Delivery

Orders less than £100 will be charged £4.95
Orders over £100 will be delivered FREE

• Orders received by 12.00noon for items in stock will be despatched the same day with a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days
• Orders received after 12.00noon for items in stock will be despatched the following day with a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days
• Orders placed for items not in stock will be despatched as soon as possible with a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days.

Next working day

Orders less than £100 will be charged £9.95
Orders over £100 will be charged £4.95

• Orders received by 12.00noon for items in stock will be despatched the same day via Royal mail first class.
• Orders received after 12.00noon for items in stock may be despatched the following day
• Orders placed for items not in stock will be despatched as soon as possible

Ireland

Standard - £9.95

• Orders will be despatched the following day with a delivery time of 3 – 5 working days

We are currently using Royal Mail for our deliveries but we reserve the right to change this with out notification. Delivery times may be effected from time to time by circumstances beyond our control i.e. postal strikes etc. In such circumstances we will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
 
 
Returns
In order to return an item you must first contact our customer services department via customerservices@debradelei.com stating the reason for return and requesting a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The RAN must then be written on to the return address label and the item sent to:
